VENDOR AGREEMENT

Sip N Shop presents Holiday Sip N Shop Girls Day Out will be a 3 hour shopping event held at The Gallery at Fountain Park – 1402 2nd Ave, Columbus, Georgia.

Terms and Conditions

Vendor Fee: Early bird registration is $50 before November 30th, 2015. The fee will be $60 after that. A deposit of $25 is acceptable for this event however, the condition is paying the balance due within 7 days of paying the deposit. If the balance is not paid by midnight the night the balance is due you will not recieve a refund and the spot will be opened up to the next applicant. This is for a 6ft table space. No space sharing with different type vendors. Vendors must provide their own table/chairs. All tables must be covered, and vendors must provide their own table covering. Approval: You will receive an email letting you know if you have been accepted or if you are on the Waiting List. Once you have received an email approval you will need to send your payment via PayPal (choose send money to friends/family) to glamlyfeboutique@gmail.com.
Set up and take down: Set up time will begin at 12:00 pm and all vendors must be set up and ready for shoppers by 12:50pm. We only have 1 hour available for set-up. Please do not apply if you have prior obligations on Saturday December 19, 2015 that might cause you to be late. It is important to set up during the scheduled time because late arrivals have an effect on everyone. Please be considerate and punctual. You will be allowed to start tearing down your display at 3:45pm or when the last shopper leaves (whichever comes first).
Craft vendors please include a link to your website, Facebook Page, etc if available.

Advertisement: There will be flyers out in the community about this event. We will also create an event on Facebook that will be OPEN for you to invite whomever you wish. We also ask that you advertise on your Facebook Page and any other Social Media Accounts, websites, or blogs.
Sip N Shop Girls Night Out may estimate the number of attendees but does not guarantee a number of profits for your business.
Men and Children ARE NOT allowed to stay and attend this event unless authorized.
Cancellations: payment must be rendered within one week of recieving your approval email. NO REFUNDS will be given after December 1, 2015. Cancellation by the vendor must be in writing and sent to Sip N Shop Girls Night Out, Inc. via email. The effective date of any such cancellation shall be the date the notice of cancellation is received by Sip N Shop Girls Night Out, Inc.
